ANGELIQUE CRONJE

Angelique’s art career started as a graphic designer. She obtained a bachelor’s degree at Inscape Education Group in 2008, after which she specialised in design, packaging and marketing.

Between 2009 and 2014 she worked as a designer in above- and below the line agencies and the corporate environment. She has been part of global packaging design agencies in South Africa, working with some of the most well known and loved brands like Cadbury, Kraft Foods and Tiger Brands.

Between 2014 and 2017 she worked with Park West Gallery, the biggest independently owned art gallery in the world, receiving training in Miami, Florida. She specialised in fine art, reinforced by having informative seminars, running an art gallery and helping people collect fine artworks during live art auctions on board cruise ships. Added bonus: all of this while travelling the world and gaining cultural experiences.

Between 2017 and 2020 she worked as a travel agent and team leader where she learned valuable skills as a positive leader and the internal workings of business planning, models and structures. During this time she received an award for her exceptional leadership and teaching skills along with numerous team awards.

Her latest position was working with children in the Spanish school system in Madrid, Spain, where she helped them obtain English language skills through fun and interactive games, arts & crafts activities and conversation based lessons.

She is open to collaborations, commissions, art gallery assistant and management services and art & craft lessons for toddlers and young learners.
