GERDA SMITH

Gerda Smith is a fused glass artist, since around 2010. She has done different courses with glass artists in the USA, as well as a 3 week practical workshop in Montana /Colorado in 2018.

Besides fusing glass, she also paints, currently using acrylics and mixed media. Completing 2 courses at Nicholas Wilton’s academy proved a most valuable experience. She finds inspiration in nature: the changing seasons, horses, birds, the rich textures of trees.
