In my paintings, I strive to create the frailty of life which delicately balances with continuous transformation and complete change. My work seeks a relationship with our fragile environment in a human world, a shared space in which to explore the symbols of our bittersweet existence.
I create a sub-reality in layered imagery that evokes a mysterious quality balancing between existing and non-existing, defined and non-defined. A feeling of loss or distant memories.
